Refund policy for Motel/RV: Advanced reservations require a 30-day notice for cancellation to qualify for a full refund (minus a $25 admin fee). Cancellations made under 30 days, but not less than 15 days prior to check-in, qualify for a 50% refund (minus a $25 admin fee). Cancellations under 14 days have a zero-refund policy. Special Note: During Peak Season ‘May to August’ we have a zero-refund policy for cancellations due to supply and demand.
